Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
