Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
