Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
