Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
