Responsibilities
- Employee onboarding and orientation
- Designing comprehensive new hire onboarding journeys
- Mediating workplace conflicts and employee disputes
- Setting and monitoring employee performance KPIs
- Coordinating corporate relocations and moving services
Requirements
- Experience managing employee KPI metrics
- Labor relations and collective bargaining agreement experience
- Organizational culture and core values transformation experience
- Employee relocation and expat logistics experience
- Active listening and needs discovery
