Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
