Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
