Directing university student recruiting programs
Hosting open house career days and hiring mixers
Developing university relations and campus recruiting
Crafting clear internal organizational messages
Updating employee intranet portal and HR knowledge base

Requirements

Leading early-career and graduate rotational programs
Organizing corporate career days and open houses
Liaising with university career service centers
Campus recruiting and academic partnership experience
Internal employee communications experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
