Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
