HR Assistant / Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Delivering welcome orientation modules to incoming cohorts
- Implementing employee engagement initiatives
- Mediating workplace conflicts and employee disputes
- Managing payroll in ADP / Paychex
- Updating employee intranet portal and HR knowledge base
- Managing international expatriate assignments and taxes
Requirements
- New hire onboarding program management experience
- Administering FMLA, short-term and long-term disability leaves
- Internal employee communications experience
