Responsibilities
- Conducting skills training workshops
- Designing employee training curricula
- Authoring e-learning courses and modules
- Creating instructional materials and employee handbooks
- Measuring training effectiveness and ROI (Kirkpatrick Model)
Requirements
- Experience leading beauty masterclasses
- Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
- Hosting interactive virtual webinars and webinars
- Training program evaluation and feedback analysis experience
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
- Communication skills
