Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
