Responsibilities

Delivering welcome orientation modules to incoming cohorts
Formulating human capital and HR strategies
Managing payroll in Workday / SAP
Tracking PTO balances and approving vacation requests
Managing domestic and cross-border employee relocations
Partnering with immigration attorneys and USCIS

Requirements

Employee onboarding and enablement experience
Executive HR advisory and coaching experience
Experience managing employee KPI metrics
Experience with enterprise HRMS systems (Workday / SAP SuccessFactors)
Service tenure and pension/401(k) vesting calculation experience
High-stress resilience and composure
