Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements
Drafting formal administrative HR documentation
Tracking PTO balances and approving vacation requests
Tracking employee tenure and vesting schedules
Managing payroll in ADP / Paychex

Requirements

Labor relations and collective bargaining agreement experience
Administering FMLA, short-term and long-term disability leaves
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Service tenure and pension/401(k) vesting calculation experience
Keen attention to detail
