Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Auditing FLSA time tracking and hourly attendance records
Managing payroll in ADP / Paychex
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Administering time and attendance tracking systems
Experience with federal and state social insurance reporting (SSA/IRS)
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Keen attention to detail
High reliability, dependability, and punctuality
