Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Drafting employment agreements and offer contracts
Drafting formal administrative HR documentation
Auditing FLSA time tracking and hourly attendance records
Tracking PTO balances and approving vacation requests
Managing digital HR documentation workflows

Requirements

HR administration and personnel operations experience
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Experience with payroll software (ADP / Paychex)
