Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
