Responsibilities

Designing employee training curricula
Producing instructional video content for training
Creating instructional materials and employee handbooks
Delivering adult professional education programs
Facilitating corporate learning seminars
Measuring training effectiveness and ROI (Kirkpatrick Model)

Requirements

Instructional design and e-learning authoring experience
Filming and producing instructional video lessons
Experience leading beauty masterclasses
Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
Training program evaluation and feedback analysis experience
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
