Responsibilities

Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
