Responsibilities

Drafting employment agreements and offer contracts
Tracking employee tenure and vesting schedules
Managing digital HR documentation workflows
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and non-disclosures
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Keen attention to detail
