Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
