Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
