Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
