Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
