Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements
Drafting formal administrative HR documentation

Requirements

Administering time and attendance tracking systems
Administering FMLA, short-term and long-term disability leaves
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
Personnel file compliance and digital document records experience
Keen attention to detail
