Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
