Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
