Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
