Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
