Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Auditing FLSA time tracking and hourly attendance records
Administering medical leave and return-to-work protocols
Managing digital HR documentation workflows

Requirements

Drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and non-disclosures
Labor relations and collective bargaining agreement experience
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
Keen attention to detail
