Investigating and mitigating voluntary turnover factors
Advertising jobs on local classified portals (Craigslist)
Managing candidate profiles in candidate databases
Conducting initial phone screen interviews

Requirements

Executive search and headhunting experience
Experience with modern talent pipeline management tools
Experience with candidate database management systems
Conducting insightful exit interviews
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
