Responsibilities

Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
