Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
