Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
