Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
