Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
