Investigating and mitigating voluntary turnover factors
Sourcing passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights
Managing recruiting workflows via Huntflow
Collaborating via team recruiting platforms
Conducting initial phone screen interviews
Preparing weekly recruiting funnel reports

Requirements

Full-cycle talent acquisition experience
Interview experience
Experience utilizing major job boards (Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter)
Experience with candidate database management systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High-stress resilience and composure
