Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
