Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
