Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
