Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
