Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Auditing FLSA time tracking and hourly attendance records
Tracking PTO balances and approving vacation requests
Tracking employee tenure and vesting schedules
Managing digital HR documentation workflows
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Experience with payroll software (ADP / Paychex)
Personnel file compliance and digital document records experience
