Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Assessment center design and facilitation experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
