Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
