Responsibilities

Upskilling the internal People Operations team
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Managing total compensation and fringe benefits programs
Implementing employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

Upskilling and mentoring internal HR team members
Experience interviewing and evaluating HR talent
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Workplace planning and office space layout experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
