Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
