Responsibilities

Drafting employment agreements and offer contracts
Managing payroll in ADP / Paychex
Managing digital HR documentation workflows

Requirements

Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
HR administration and personnel operations experience
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Service tenure and pension/401(k) vesting calculation experience
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
High reliability, dependability, and punctuality
