Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
