Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
