Responsibilities

Formulating human capital and HR strategies
Interviewing HR and talent acquisition specialists
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Designing competitive employee benefits packages
Managing corporate telephony and mobile device stipends
Investigating and mitigating voluntary turnover factors

Requirements

Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
HR process automation and tool integration experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Administering group medical, dental, and vision insurance plans
Workplace planning and office space layout experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
